Utility Bill

Your city bill includes Water (WA), Sewer (SW) and Garbage (GB) Bills are sent the first business day of the month and reflect the previous month charges. You can drop a payment in our drop box, pay at City Hall, by phone, or online through Xpress Bill Pay.

Late Fee

A late fee of $5 will be charged on accounts that still have a balance by the 25th of the month.

Utility Account

To set up a new Utility Account, please print and fill out the following forms and bring to City Hall along with your Driver's License or Photo ID, a copy of a Rental Lease (if renting), or a copy of your Warranty Deed (if buying), and a $150 deposit.

LIHWAP - Utility Assistance Program

LIHWAP(Low-Income Home Water Assistance Program) is a federal program to help low-income families pay for home drinking water and wastewater services. LIHWAP will only pay for Water and Sewer services including late fees, reconnections fees and arrearages. They will not pay for Garbage. Customers will need to pay for their garbage services.
