The Treasurer's Office is responsible for:

  • Coordination of the City's annual audit

  • Fixed asset reporting
  • Investment of the City's funds
  • Financial planning and analysis
  • Grant writing and administration

Under the leadership and guidance of the Mayor and City Council, the Treasurer supervises and coordinates the financial affairs of the City. Financial planning and analysis are critical to monitoring the fiscal health of each of the 13 funds that make up the city budget. The presentation of these findings as well as grant and project updates are given by the Treasurer each month at City Council Meetings.
