The City of Blackfoot had two meetings set for public hearing, one for planning and zoning change
and annexation on July 26th, and one meeting for 2023 budget public hearing on July 19th. State Law
requires us to publish the agenda twice prior to a public hearing.
We were advised last Friday (July 8th) by Adams Publishing that our legal notices (along with
several others in the valley) were not published. Therefore we are forced to move the meeting dates to
comply with state law on public hearings.
We are sorry for the changes, but it is out of our hands.
-2023 City Budget public hearing will now be on July 26th, 7:00 pm
-P&Z public hearing will now be on August 23rd, 7:00 pm
