Today, Mayor Marc Carroll signed a proclamation recognizing March 21, 2019 as World Down Syndrome Day in Blackfoot. The proclamation encourages residents and community organizations to promote inclusion of individuals with Down Syndrome and mutual respect of our citizens.
Joining Mayor Carroll were leaders from Eastern Idaho Down Syndrome Family Connect, as well as members of the public and press.
