Richard Mangum, after 38 years of dedicated service to the City of Blackfoot, retired from his position as Public Works Director on April 30, 2019. Richard's service to the City was celebrated at a retirement party held at City Hall on April 30th, during which time City employees and members of the public congratulated Richard and wished him well in his next adventure.
